Cifer & Cifer fun are private messaging applications. They are products of The Worldwide Exchange International and Associated Companies. As part of using our application, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

1. The company does not support ‘criminal’ activity. You are ‘fully’ responsible for your actions, and you have the responsibility to understand the laws and regulations as they apply to your use in all jurisdictions in existence or that may exist in the future. Any activity violating laws or regulations based on your use of the product or access you allow or inadvertently allow becomes the ‘sole’ legal responsibility of you the user. (This is not ambiguous)! Don’t do it, if you have any doubts.

2. You, the user, holds the company and all of its affiliates, officers, associations, partners, investors, contractors, et AL, harmless in any incident or series of incidents that result in harm under any and all circumstances. Do not consider the availability of the product as a sign the company has cleared any complications from its use. You should always check laws and regulations and never contact or interact with ‘endpoints’ that you find questionable or untrust worthy.

3. This is a pay for service. The company and its executives and associates reserve the ‘right’ to offer special pricing at any time, in an effort to grow user enrollment and is not responsible for any feeling of unfair pricing. You pay, you get at least 1 month of unlimited use of the benefits available for ‘encrypted’ Cryptological messaging from Endpoint to Endpoint.

4. The company does not require a phone number, merely a username and confirmed email to allow you full access to all of its services available for this application. Each endpoint will be assigned a Cifer ID# - You have control to display either your Cifer ID# or Username, the choice is yours.

5. We do not collect private data and have no desire to.

6. Messages composed using Cifer & Cifer . Fun are ‘localized’ to your device. Upon ‘coding’ that message into a Cryptologic, the ‘original’ message is ‘deleted’. Only a ‘Cryptologic passes through our ‘server’ with a ‘token’ for decryption. Our servers are Encrypted using technology provided by our hosting company, Amazon Web Services. The effectiveness of such encryption is dependent on that company and how it provides its services to us as a client. We have great faith in them. You should consider researching AWS Encryption for server instance clients to satisfy your need for more information on the security provided by that encryption.

7. The company reserves the ‘right’ to terminate any account and access to any account, at any time, for whatever reason the company feels is in the best interest of the company or the public at large. We have a ‘NO REFUND” Policy. Any remuneration refunded or applied is within the complete discretion of the company and its executives or associates and affiliates.

A. Our ‘Cryptologic’ algorithm is customized but does use some GPU technology to achieve the results for the security provided by the ‘transposition’ of your original message. We strive to use techniques that create a cryptologic security akin to ‘Perfect Secrecy’ employing random number generators combined with substitution and transposition using algorithms to achieve the greatest level of protection from a ‘brute force’ attack and to bring the possibility of unauthorized decryption to an almost statistically impossible ‘Guess’!

B. Cifer . Fun 'Cryptologic' algorithm is a 'less' statistically configured coding system. It is an application primarily to be used for 'fun' and 'entertainment'. It has the latest and most up today Encrypted server technology and with 'cryptologic' is more secure than other private messaging services on the market, but much less secure than our Professional version Cifer.

9. In case of a legal dispute, the user agrees to ‘arbitration’ at a location and jurisdiction of the choosing of the company. Period!

10. The product Cifer is the wholly owned property of the company and misuse is a breach of contract.

11. Cifer & Cifer . Fun are ‘for profit’ business applications trying to provide worldwide access to ‘private messaging’ using a rare combination of security measures in a ‘unique’ design delivered as a digital mobile transmission, encoding, decoding & receiving endpoint application. It’s method and mode of delivery, access, and method for doing such is the ‘proprietary’ property of the company and is ‘protected’ by all copyrights and other protections provided legally in all jurisdictions, globally and intergalactically, under current law and any evolution of laws of protection that do, will or could apply in the future. Users should consider all these relevant factors when on the application

12. THE CONSEQUENCES OF USING THIS APPLICATION ILLEGALLY MAY FALL WAY BEYOND THE LOSS OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND PRIVILEDGES OF USING THE APPLICATION. KEEP THAT IN MIND WHENEVER USING OR BEING ASSOCIATED USING THIS APPLICATION. IT IS FOR PRIVATE MESSAGING BETWEEN ENDPOINTS USING THE PROTECTION OF SERVER ENCRYPTION PROVIDED BY AWS, OUR PROVIDER FOR SUCH AND THE TECHONOLOGY PROVIDED, UPDATED, AND MAINTAINED BY THEM FOR US AS THEIR CLIENT. IN ADDITION, THE ADDED PROTECTION PROVIDED BY OUR ‘CUSTOMIZED’ PROPRIETARY CRYPTOLOGIC ENCODING TO GIVE OUR USERS THE PROTECTION FROM THE DISCOVERY OF THEIR ORIGINAL MESSAGE AS IT IS TRANSPORTED FROM ONE ENDPOINT TO ANOTHER. NEVER SEND MESSAGES TO PEOPLE YOU DON’T TRUST, IS THE BEST POLICY.

13. Cifer & CIfer . Fun also provides a ‘destruct timer’ that may be attached to all VSC’s by sender and the ability to add two-factor authentication by adding a ‘password’ to the same VSC that is protected by the prior mentioned technologies.
